Dr. Sajjad Gill Profile
Dr Sajjad Ahmed Gill is a highly experienced and motivated, Occupational Health and Safety Executive with a career spanning over 20 years globally, specialising in international onshore and offshore oil/gas HSE. In a lead role building a substantial reputation internationally, particularly in the United Kingdom, Africa, Asia, Europe and South Americas. Having demonstrated proven expertise in operations, new technologies, delivering objective performance, exploration / development campaigns, field development plans, and operational readiness. Reputation for exceeding expectations in delivering challenging objective and building strong relationships in diverse business cultures and environments. Medical background integrated into extensive safety and environmental experience gives unique competency profile with proven benefit to the business and Industry.
Dr. Sajjad has a broad experience in developing and implementing sustainable HSE Management Systems and managing multinational and multicultural HSE teams globally. His strength lies in team work, risk based optimal approach to operations and to stay proactive in managing the risks.
Dr Sajjad has diploma in Occupational Safety and Health by the United Kingdom National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health. He is also a Diploma holder in Occupational Medicine by the Royal College of Physician London. He is Graduate Member of United Kingdom Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Dr Sajjad had been a member of the Health Expert Committee of International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP) and had been involved in the development of many Occupational Health guidelines for the upstream E&P industry.
